I had a great stay at this hotel in Juffair! the value for money was excellent, especially during Eid vacation. Secondly, the location was perfect as it was next to Juffair mall, which was very convenient for shopping and dining. Lastly, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds for all of us.

Everything was great, no complaints whatsoever.

Again, friendly welcome back to the RuRu. Television did not function properly and was soon replaced with another - no hassles.

It is far from any services areas (transportation, shopping malls, down town, intertainment, .....)

The location was fantastic, right next to Juffair mall which made it convenient for shopping and groceries. The two-bedroom flat was spacious and well-furnished with comfortable beds for all six of us. I was impressed with the modern decor and attention to detail, with new furniture adding a fresh touch to the rooms. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. I also appreciated the fact that breakfast was included, saving us time and money in the morning.

The only downside I experienced during my stay was the intermittent internet coverage in the apartment. Although the hotel sent someone to fix the issue promptly, it wasn't completely resolved.

We loved staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, with a small mall right next to it where we parked our car easily. Also, the Juffair mall is just a few steps away, which is a huge plus. The hotel facilities, such as the swimming pool and kids play area, were great. Additionally, the staff was really nice and helpful.

During my recent stay at Ruru Tower, I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the apartment. The fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer were a convenient addition. The location, just steps away from Juffair mall, made it easy to grab a bite to eat or catch a movie. The quality of the bedding was excellent, and the enormous TV added an extra touch of luxury to my stay.

Reception is always helpful and give a warm welcome. Apartment was spacious, clean. Very quiet. Great views of the Juffair.

Showers curtains don't stop water from seeping onto the floor. A little more cutlery, though this is debatable if one does not intend to cook! Limited tv channels in English as opposed to Arabic.

Value for money, comfort and location. Close to beach, and shops.

On arrival, had to have bedding changed, pubic hair very very evident on the sheets, thus must assume they had not been changed or washed.

hotel staff are accommodating, guest rooms/units are good, but facilities like the swimming pool needs to improve.

i don't like the hotel entrance/ parking, it looks like unattended therefore expressing unwelcome to the guests.

Staff are always polite and respectful. They made a lot of effort to resolve the internet problem. Although it some time, it was fixed and I am grateful to the staff.

Had a fantastic Thanksgiving experience at this hotel! the staff were extremely welcoming and offered us a great upgrade at a nominal charge. We enjoyed super fast Wifi and a large flat screen TV with full interactivity. the hotel's location was perfect for families, away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still right next to a great shopping mall for meals and groceries.

Parking was a bit small, but we were able to use the mall's parking and it was quite close by. We also didn't like that they added an extra tax when it was already included.
